1.How Does Schedule Pro work?
1.Each media record in your database (Music, Video and Snipits) are associated to genres you can associate up to 3 genres per record.
2.Genres are setup in the “Genre Master” screen. These genres are then assigned by you to an atmosphere.
1.We have included all of the standard ID3 genres in the system
2.Each genre will display the total records assigned to it
3.Atmospheres relate to the “Atmosphere” you want to create at any given time. You will set up the weighting and timing for your atmospheres in the Schedule Pro screen
1.Atmospheres can have an unlimited amount of genres associated to it by use of the “Atmosphere Lookup” screen
2.You can set up separate weighting and guaranteed play amounts for each genre in a particular atmosphere
3.You can also choose weather you want the atmosphere available to the DJ on the “Atmosphere Override” screen in the player system.
4.When using a “Music” type schedule, “Schedule Pro” puts this all together by allowing you to schedule up to 3 atmospheres for play at any given time. Here are some additional features:
1.4 Schedule types allowed: Music, Breaks, Promos and Station ID
2.Multiple schedules can be working at the same time by using the weighting features.
