Additional Notes: Remote OnLine Support - ADEC provides Remote support via use of remote control software. We use the freely distributed VNC TCP/IP only software. Systems requiring a direct modem connection (non ISP connected systems) will require additional purchase of PCAnywhere. Remote OnLine Training - ADEC performs most on-line training via internet connection, remote software and phone connection for voice
