• What do I get after I Purchase? You will be contacted via email with a confirmation. Also, you will find links and information on how to select the music you want loaded and a list of other questions about your delivery preferences, Genre scheduling preferences etc...

• How do I keep my music up to date after I purchase a system? We can help! See our Maintenance Contracts page.

• *Refurbished systems: ADEC uses reputable computer refurbishing companies. We supply hardware to you with all applicable manufacturer warranties. (Typically 30-90 days but this can vary) All systems will include the minimum requirements to allow for stand Alone use for our systems. See Studio4 Requirements for more info.

• *New systems: ADEC uses the most dependable and economical computer manufacturers and distributors to keep your cost as low as possible. We supply ALL hardware and software to you with all applicable manufacturer warranties. All systems will include the minimum requirements to allow for stand Alone use for our systems. See Studio4 Requirements for more info.

• *Background Systems: All background systems do not include a monitor, keyboard or a mouse unless specified. We configure the systems to work with free remote control host software which we install on the system. You will be given information on how to load configure and use remote control to your background system from another PC. 

• **Pre-loaded music selections: ADEC will pre-load and configure music / media singles to your DDJAMS database. We'll include Mix in/out, Genre, Title, Artist, rotation, schedule and  frequency information. You can simply select from our database listing. We will then purchase, download and normalize your selections for you. You be given receipt of ownership for the media. If  you would like additional media or, have us load media you own, see our Services page. Note: Quantity is based on a rate of $.79/ea selection
