ADEC Authorized
distributorship:
Authorized
distributorship is offered for ADEC products and services on two different levels.
Exclusive and Non-Exclusive. To qualify, the perspective company would
need to agree to product purchasing agreement levels based on the region(s)
requested. Additionally, exclusive distributorships are required to pay a one time
distributor investment fee to ADEC. All potential distributorships must employ
at least one "On Staff" ADEC Certified Systems analyst. This consist
of a minimum of 6 hours of ADEC Systems training and must be satisfactorily completed
by at least one on staff person from your company
to meet our technical certification qualifications.

ADEC Authorized Retail
Dealer:
Your company
can become an authorized retail dealer by submitting a written request to ADEC.
To qualify, the perspective company would need to meet Product purchasing and
revenue levels that are reviewed once per quarter by ADEC along with other contract
specific requirements. All potential dealers
must employ at least one "On Staff" ADEC Authorized Technical Sales
representative. To initially qualify, each
perspective technical sales representative must satisfactorily
complete 3 hours of ADEC Systems training.
